Neighborhood Description: Willow Pointe Estates is a single family residential subdivision in Franklin developed by Creative Homes Inc. There are 77 single family homes in the association. The following streets are part of this neighborhood: Willow Pointe Parkway, Willow Pointe Court, Weeping Willow Court, Whispering Oaks, and a small portion of S. 87th Street. Location: The Willow Pointe Estates entrance located off of Drexel Avenue just East of Loomis Road at Willow Pointe Parkway. It is bordered by several other neighborhood associations to the South, East, and West. When driving through this neighborhood you may not know when crossing into a neighboring association as the streets intersect seamlessly. This neighborhood is convenient to shopping and the freeway as well as the Franklin Public Library, City Hall, and Legend Park. Approximate time to downtown Milwaukee is about 15-20 minutes via Loomis Road and I-94.
