Neighborhood Description: The Woodlands is a single family residential subdivision in Franklin. The entrance to the neighborhood is marked with an engraved stone monument sign as you enter off of Rawson Avenue at Carmel Drive. (see photo link below) There are about 66 single family homes in the association. The following streets are part of this neighborhood: Woodland Drive, Brian Court, Melissa Court, Jose Court, Joshua Court,and a portion of Carmel Drive. Location: The Woodlands entrance is located off of Rawson Avenue West of 35th Street at Carmel Drive. It is bordered by several other neighborhood associations to the North, South and East. This neighborhood is convenient to shopping and the freeway. Approximate time to downtown Milwaukee is about 15-20 minutes via I-94.
Improvements ~ Each home is serviced by sanitary sewer & municipal water with laterals to the lot line, asphalt streets, underground gas, electric, telephone and cable TV service.
