Neighborhood Description: The entrance to this neighborhood is flanked with large stone monuments that bear the Stonewood name. There are approximately 61 homes in this neighborhood and the streets are designed for future expansion. Location: Stonewood is a residential subdivision with its entrance located North of Ryan Road along 76th Street at Stonewood Drive in Franklin. This neighborhood is convenient to shopping and the freeway. Approximate time to downtown Milwaukee is about 15-20 minutes via I-94.
Improvements ~ Each home is serviced by sanitary sewer & municipal water with laterals to the lot line, asphalt streets, underground gas, electric, telephone and cable TV service.
