Location: Old Orchard is a residential subdivision with its entrance located North of Puetz Road at 76th Street and Lake Pointe Drive in Franklin. This neighborhood is convenient to shopping and the freeway. Approximate time to downtown Milwaukee is about 15-20 minutes via I-94.
