Neighborhood Description: Imperial Heights is a single family residential subdivision in Franklin. The entrance to the neighborhood is marked with a brick monument sign as you enter off of 35st Street. (see photo link below) There are about 150 single family homes in the association. The following streets are part of this neighborhood: A portion of Forest Hill Avenue, A small stretch of S. 36th Street, Lakeview Drive, Anthony Drive, and Valley View Drive. Location: The Imperial Heights entrance located off of 35th Street just south of Drexel Avenue at Forest Hill Avenue. It is bordered by several other neighborhood associations to the West. When driving through this neighborhood you may not know when crossing into a neighboring association as the streets intersect seamlessly. This neighborhood is convenient to shopping and the freeway. Approximate time to downtown Milwaukee is about 15-20 minutes via I-94.
Improvements ~ Each home is serviced by sanitary sewer & municipal water with laterals to the lot line, asphalt streets, underground gas, electric, telephone and cable TV service.
